About Me

Empire Interiors is a custom home furnishing business started and run by me (and my husband).  I should probably throw the kids and family dog into there too.  It's really a full family operation.  A couple of years ago, while my husband was gone on a business trip, I decided to dig out my old sewing machine and see if I could remember anything my mother had taught me.  My husband returned to a dining room full of kitchen linens (towels, potholders, aprons, napkins, etc.).  My "Empire" had begun.  I started as "Apron Empire" but quickly outgrew my name.  After selling things online and at craft shows, I was then asked to "just try" to sew panels.  I never looked back.  After graduating from my dining room to taking over half the basement, the "Empire" has taken over.  Check out all my projects and never hesitate to contact me with any questions. I would love to do something in your home.
